| Beverly Portlock found Sarah on the 1850 census, however I have not been able to find this entry. I have checked the entire 1850 Henry County, Iowa census: New London 1 and 2, Baltimore, Center, Jackson, Madison, Tippencanoe, Wayne, Jefferson, Salem and Trenton Townships. I have checked both the AIS index and Ancestry's own index at Ancestry.com for the entire state of Iowa. I also manually checked Burlington Township, Burlington Ward 1, 2, and 3, Franklin, Yellow Springs, Pleasant Grove, and Union Townships in Des Moines County. This search was completed 26 November 2001. | ||||||||||||||||||
