Ronan for web

Ronan William Soule
As the months have passed, we’ve watched our boy become more alert and active, more interested and responsive.  I can’t imagine anything better than walking into a room and seeing a smile light up his face when he notices.
Thank you for coming to visit me cousin Jeremiah.
You and Aunt Julie were so sweet to me.
And I love how you and Uncle Jason tried to show me how to catch a football.
A fun visit from Uncle Jon and Aunt Melinda.  What is everyone starting at?
You are very warm and snuggly Aunt Melinda.
Alright, bringing the party outside.  I love the fresh air and different sounds.
Yup, that’s me cutting up a rug.
Whew, time to chill with Papa.
In the car on the way to Glacier Park on Mama and Papa’s anniversary.
Mom kept putting a blanket over my head to protect me from the big, scary sun.
It was a beautiful day though.
Starting to fill out the swing a bit more, but why oh why do I have a sock on my hand?
How many men does it take to calm a crying baby?
Uncle Ed offering his observations.
Yeah Aunt Melinda, just pull on the end and I’ll be free.
Ahh, which way did he go?
Need to take a breather with Nana, so much activity.
You are so wise, I should really be writing this down.
His Highness’s chariot.
There is a lot in our garden to catch one’s eye.  Ooh, what was that?
Grandpa Jim, how do you not spend all day sucking on or marveling at your hands?
Aww Dad, people might be watching.
I get my first bottle from Papa.
Hanging out in my Pack ‘N Play.  That mobile is pretty hypnotic.
Is this a stick up?
It’s not, then I crush your head.
Papa, why did you put these animal handcuffs on me?  Now my hands rattle.
I’m digging this.
This swing is like my kryptonite, I can’t resist it.
On no, who did that to my chime bunny?
Grandpa Bob, you are so comfortable, I’m just going to sprawl out here if that’s OK.
So precious.
Grandma Julie, I need to rest a second here.  Cousin Kate’s 1st birthday is so intense.
A quiet place with Uncle Jon is just what I need.
Time to sprawl out again.
Wow, my first birthday goodie bag.  What could it be?
Wow, he is just so beautiful.
I really don’t sleep all the time. Mama and Papa just think I look so cute and peaceful.
What are you guys doing?
Wow, that was cool.
I love hanging out with Papa, he’s so much fun.
Peek-a-boo.
He just warms the heart.
Visiting Grandpa Bob at work.  There sure is a lot of stuff around here.
Whapability is high and I love using my hands to create movement and sound.
What are you doing Mama?
Ah, where are my hands and feet?
Not sure who is more scared.
Did I understand correctly, I’ll get free candy?
Tough day hearing all those oohs and ahs out shopping.  Can’t imagine why.
I love playing this game with Mama.
It’s really cool when my drool goes flying all over.
Sigh.  I can’t believe they cut off my mullet.
This darn swing - soo sleepy.  And so cute.
Ah hah, ha, ha.
Sorry, I got a little carried away there, it was pretty funny though.
Ah, the sweetness of these quiet moments.
I don’t think there is a more kissable head.
Or cuter cheeks.
See Great Grandma, you just kind of cram it in like this.
You’re pretty silly.
Hey, where’d that come from?
My two favorite guys in all the world.
Ronan working on is magnum look.
Happy Thanksgiving Grandma Holly, Uncles Jon and Randy and Aunts Melinda and Carol
I’m blocking Papa’s head, but Mama said it was too cute not to include.
What a sweet face!
Me with Grandma Julie, Grandpa Bob, Aunt Melinda and Uncle Jon on Thanksgiving.
Really starting to fill out that seat.  You talkin’ to me?
Mama and I out for a walk on a very nice winter day.
Learning how to take care of perennials from Papa.
I think he likes it!
First official family portrait.
I was very good with all the sitting and sitting and sitting.
Darn paparazzi.  A guy can’t even enjoy a meal in peace.
Hey ladies.
What a smile!  And those dimples!
Seriously now, this is a shout out to all my home boys and home girls.
Ahh, rabid lion on the loose.
Mama can’t believe how much I’ve grown in a month and a half.  Now I can see my feet.
Mr. Smiley Man
What?
I love these hats.
I love talking with Mom on the phone.  I just can’t figure out how she fits in there.
I love Christmas.  All sorts of new toys.  This turtle really tuckered me out.
Merry 1st Christmas.
Papa, help, you remember what happened last time!
You won’t show this to anyone right?
Nana tell me more.  Mama used to wear what on her head?
Wow Jeremiah, have you checked this out?  The blue lights!  And red!  And yellow!
This is a weird elephant.  Has a ball on his nose and a rotary dial on his foot.
With cousin Jeremiah on my new caterpillar.
Oh Nana and Uncle Jason, I don’t like being tired.  Make it go away.
I might be napping, but I’m not happy about it.
Tummy time with tiger.
But I want to be able to move.  Dumb legs.  Very vexing.
Shh, I don’t think he sees me.
So where’s the root beer and the remote?
So many toys, so little time.  Getting to be such a big boy.
